Do you believe the world could exist differently than it does right now?
If so, the question becomes: What are you building in response? This work exists to support that process.
Consulting services focus on supporting organizations and leaders who are ready to build differently. This includes program design, organization strategy, and fundraising approaches that are aligned, sustainable, and grounded in real relationships. The goal is not just to improve what exists, but to rethink how systems operate and who they are built for.
A core part of this work is fundraising; it’s important to understand that every organization needs resources, but not all fundraising needs to lead to burnout or misalignment. This includes developing strategies that are rooted in clarity, trust, and long term vision, rather than urgency or extraction. Organizations are supported in identifying the right partners, telling their story effectively, and building structures that allow money to move in a way that feels sustainable.
Imagination sessions are designed to move people from idea to action within 24 hours. Grounded in community, conversation, and lived experience, these sessions treat the room itself as a source of knowledge. Whether in classrooms, organizations, or community spaces, participants are invited to think beyond what exists and engage with what could be built instead.
These are not passive or theoretical spaces. Within a short period of time, ideas are surfaced, challenged, and pushed toward execution. Inspiration is not the end goal, it is the starting point. This work focuses on helping people take what they already know, what they’ve experienced, and what they’ve been imagining, and begin shaping it into something real.
Economic independence directly engages with the realities of the workforce system. Many programs focus on job placement and stability; this work centers on ownership, income generation, and the ability to build something of your own. We recognize that employment can be part of the journey, but it is not the only outcome.
Many people move through workforce systems being told they need to change who they are to succeed; to be more professional, more disciplined, or more “ready.” This work challenges that idea because we firmly believe that you do not need to be someone else to build something meaningful. Instead, we focus on working with what already exists, and helping you create stability, support others, and redefine what success looks like for you.

Clients include organizations, community leaders, educators, and individuals who are building something valuable, whether that be a program a business, or a new way of working. This work is especially aligned for those navigating complexity; those who are balancing community, leadership, and real-life responsibilities while trying to move something forward. It’s not about starting from scratch, it’s about working with what already exists and building from there with intention and direction.

Consulting engagements are offered in two ways, depending on the nature of the work.
For general strategy, program design, and advisory support, consulting is available at $350 an hour, typically structured over a set period of time (e.g. monthly engagements) to allow for consistency and depth. Retainers are also available for those seeking ongoing support.
For fundraising and sponsorship strategy, engagements begin with a $5,000 retainer, along with 10% of total funds raised through the partnership. This structure reflects a shared investment in both the process and the outcomes.
Each engagement is designed based on the scope of the work, ensuring that there is enough time, care, and alignment to build something sustainable.

This work is grounded in over a decade of experience across nonprofit, government, and justice systems, including direct work with young people from Rikers Island currently serving life sentences. Over time, this has meant working closely with individuals and communities navigating complex realities, helping them make sense of what they are building, and supporting them in turning ideas into something tangible.
What makes this work different is the ability to hold both: to move between vision and execution, and to support people in building something that reflects who they are and what they’ve lived. This is not about applying a fixed model, it is about working with what exists and helping shape what’s next.
